There are generally 5 measures to reduce leakage inductance:
1. Each group of windings should be closely arranged. And ensure uniform distribution;
2. The position of the cable should be regular. Try to make a right Angle, close to the skeleton wall;
3. If one layer is not fully wound, it should be wound evenly and sparsely;
4. Minimize the insulation layer. Meet the pressure requirements;
5.  If there is more space, consider an extended frame. Try to reduce the thickness.

How to suppress the temperature rise of high-frequency transformers?

This can basically be started from two aspects.

The first is to consider the winding loss.
Under high-frequency conditions, there will be skin effect and proximity effect in the winding.
Therefore, the thicker the wire diameter, the greater its AC impedance. At this time, it is best to use flat windings. However, the winding must be parallel to the direction of the magnetic flux, and the number of layers cannot be too many, otherwise eddy current loss will be caused.

In addition, the flat winding must be far away from the air gap, otherwise it will be affected by the edge magnetic flux.
On the other hand, the core loss is considered.
Although theoretically the loss can be reduced by reducing the magnetic flux density, this is inconsistent with the high efficiency of the transformer.
Under the condition of a given magnetic flux, the only way to reduce the loss is to increase the effective cross-sectional area of ​​the magnetic core, but this will increase the volume of the magnetic core, resulting in an increase in the thermal resistance of the magnetic core, which will eventually cause the core temperature to rise.
