The operating temperature of the high-frequency transformer can also be controlled by accelerating heat dissipation.
Second, use high-quality insulation materials. Good winding insulation and shell insulation are key factors to ensure the performance and service life of high-frequency transformers. This can improve insulation performance and high temperature resistance, thereby preventing high-frequency transformer aging.
Finally, regular inspection and maintenance are also important. By regularly checking and replacing aging parts, the service life of the high-frequency transformer can be extended, and aging parts can be prevented from causing a chain reaction and accelerating the aging of other parts.
